California congresswoman introduces new bill to protect cannabis industry from federal intrusion
In reaction to united states of america Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ decision to rescind the Cole Memorandum, a new bill ended up being introduced into the House that is designed to guard state-legal cannabis from intrusive federal enforcement.
It could be recalled that previously this month, the U.S. Department of Justice chose to rescind an insurance policy instituted during previous President Barack Obama’s administration that eased the enforcement of federal cannabis regulations in states which have legalized cannabis.
